CENTRAL ALBERTA'S ELEVATED
SINGLES CONNECTION EXPERIENCE
Meteorite Introductions began in 2002 as a project in a business course.
What started as an assignment exploring different ideas for bringing people together evolved into something real when I began hosting face-to-face events in a comfortable, safe setting for people to meet and connect.
Between 2002 and 2008, I hosted events where I saw conversations quietly turn into real relationships.
One moment has stayed with me. A young man had signed up for two events but almost didn’t return after his first evening. I encouraged him to give it one more chance. At his second event, he met someone from another town he never would have crossed paths with otherwise. Years later, I learned they had married and built a life together.
In 2008, I stepped away as online dating began to take over. I chose not to move in that direction.
Now in 2026, I’m bringing Meteorite Introductions back because I believe people are once again looking for real connection through real conversation.
Sometimes a simple conversation can change the direction of a life.
